To ensure the longevity of your Dacron jib, it should be rinsed with fresh water after use and thoroughly dried before storage. Store the sail away from direct sunlight when not in use to minimize UV exposure. Regular inspection for any signs of wear and tear, particularly on stitching and areas prone to chafe, is recommended. For stubborn stains, a heavily diluted solution of household bleach and water can be used on Dacron sails, followed by a thorough rinse.
